Policy: Fees, Refund and Cancellation

I. Program Fees

  1. All program fees will be clearly stated in program materials and on Parsons Counseling's website.

  2. Fees must be paid by the participant by the specified deadline to secure their place in the program.

II. Refunds

  1. Participants who cancel their enrollment more than seven days before the program start date will receive a full refund, minus a $25 processing fee.

  2. No refunds will be issued once the program has commenced, except in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of Parsons Counseling Training Institute.

III. Participant Cancellation

  1. Participants must notify Parsons Counseling Training Institute of their intention to cancel their enrollment in writing via email or by canceling on the website.

  2. Parsons Counseling Training Institute reserves the right to cancel a program due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will be notified as soon as possible and will receive a full refund.

IV. Acknowledgment 

By enrolling in a program offered by Parsons Counseling Training Institute, participants agree to the terms outlined in these policies.

V. Modifications to Policies 

These policies may be updated or modified at any time by Parsons Counseling Training Institute. Participants will be notified of any significant changes.
